Terms of Service
Last revised: August 14, 2026
These terms set the ground rules for browsing, ordering, and purchasing drinkware, tumblers, bottles, and outdoor hydration products through this United States storefront.
Using the storefront
Use the site only for lawful shopping and with accurate information. You must be able to enter a binding agreement. Do not disrupt security, introduce harmful code, infringe rights, misuse content, or interfere with another shopper.
Products and order acceptance
We aim to show descriptions, specifications, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately, but may correct genuine errors. Checkout submits an offer; acceptance occurs after payment, address, stock, quantity, and fraud checks. A legitimate problem can lead to rejection or cancellation and any collected amount will be returned appropriately.
Price, payment, and tax
Transactions are shown in USD. Applicable tax is collected as required. Checkout may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit or debit cards. A method is available only when shown at checkout.
Shipping and order changes
We serve United States destinations with free standard shipping on every order. Processing takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit is normally 4–6 business days after handoff; tracking is provided. Request cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, the return process applies.
Returns and refunds
Eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days after delivery. We pay qualifying return shipping and provide a prepaid label for change-of-mind and quality issues, with no restocking fee. Approved refunds return to the original method and normally post 5–10 business days after issuance.
Return limits
Custom products, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are outside ordinary discretionary returns. That limit never removes remedies for an item that arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
Content, outside services, and liability
Store content and branding belong to their owners and are protected from unauthorized commercial use. Third-party services apply their own terms. To the extent law allows, indirect or consequential losses are excluded, but no non-waivable consumer protection is removed.
Changes and governing framework
Revisions apply prospectively after posting. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remainder continues where possible. Applicable US federal and state law governs without restricting mandatory consumer protections.
