Every eligible United States order receives free standard shipping, with tracking supplied after carrier handoff.
Service area and cost
Orders are accepted for delivery to supported addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every order, without a minimum-spend threshold.
Order preparation
Allow 1–2 business days for order review, packing, and handoff preparation. Weekends and public holidays are not business days and can shift the next processing date.
Carrier transit
After carrier handoff, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. This estimate is separate from processing time and can change because of weather, carrier disruption, address issues, or other events outside reasonable control.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking is sent when available after shipment. Review the address before checkout. If tracking stalls, delivery appears missing, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us promptly so we can review the carrier record and available remedy.
Changes and cancellations
Contact customer care immediately to request an address correction or cancellation. We can act only before shipment; after dispatch, carrier limits and the Refund Policy apply.
